Golden Rasins

In the US, sultanas are stated as “golden raisins” or “sultana raisins.” These grapes are handled with a preservative referred to as sulfur dioxide to keep the lighter colour of the grape. Sultanas are commonly smaller than raisins and are sweeter, juicer and lighter in colour than each raisins and currants.
