Coriander Seeds
Coriander is a spice created from the round, tan-coloured seeds of the coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum), that is a member of the parsley family. The phrase coriander may be used to explain the whole plant: leaves, stems, seeds, and all. The small, creamy brown seeds of the coriander plant deliver dishes a warm, fragrant and barely citrus flavour absolutely distinctive to clean coriander leaves.
