White Sago
Sago is crafted from sago palm tree stem starch. Although now no longer local to China, we like to prepare dinner dinner this as a dessert. Raw sago has a natural and cute white colour and cooked sago offers a cute obvious colour. Unlike the chewy boba balls crafted from tapioca starch, sago is an awful lot softer. Tapioca is a starch extracted from the cassava plant. It is likewise known as as sago or sabudana. It is made through crushing uncooked tapioca roots in a tank and the juice acquired is saved until it will become a paste. This paste is then made into small spherical white balls thru a machine.
